By participating in SoCal Collectibles auctions through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the State of California and any dispute shall be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. Purchasers who fail to pay in accordance with our Terms & Conditions will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all future auctions and will be reported to other auction houses. Attempts to use fraudulent credit cards will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Purchases of $2,500.00 or greater and any new bidders lacking sufficient successful auction payment history, may be required to wire funds or send a bank check at the sole discretion of SoCal Collectibles. We accept Bank Checks,Wire Transfer, Zelle, and all major Credit Cards. Payment is due within 48 hours of our sending you an invoice which you will receive immediately following each sale. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND/OR TAXES. locations, to the extent that such services are available. SoCal Collectibles will not use lower classes of mail to ship sold merchandise due to increased risk of loss.
We use USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping on domestic shipments, which may take three (3) to seven (7) business days. Large, heavy or otherwise unusual items will incur additional charges. An Adult Signature is required upon delivery of all SoCal Collectibles items.
An ESTIMATED SHIPPING and HANDLING AMOUNT will be included in the auction invoice after the sale. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! SoCal Collectibles will make every attempt to ship items within 7 (seven) business days of receipt and clearance of payment. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE METHOD OF PAYMENT.
